To reduce the waste of overproduction, our products are only created when you place your order. Once your order is placed, it takes between 2-5 business days to be fulfilled. It is then mailed out and ships to you within 3-6 business days.

Returns

Please contact us at hello@livelysouth.com for questions about returns. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
